I’ve been going to the gym with Jeremy the past week. Running, biking, some lifting. All inside with light which is awesome for me in the dead of winter.

We went today and Jeremy played basketball with his brother. I began on the track, finished a walk/run 5k. I then went to the cardio room and completed a half marathon on the bike. Still with lots of time to kill I did some lifting focusing on my legs.

Now I am tired. My legs feel like jell-o and I’m pretty sure they will be worse tomorrow. Still felt good.

Went grocery shopping and made chicken noodle soup today also.
